Wholesale Only: Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders at the time of delivery are subject to availability. All prices herein are F.O.B. Loma Vista Nursery, Ottawa, KS 66067.

Terms: No COD shipments. Cash or credit accounts are available and Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards are accepted. Credit accounts will be opened after satisfactory credit information is provided. Credit terms are Net 10th unless previous arrangements have been made. Discounts will be applied if balances are paid according to terms. 1.5% interest rate will be charged on past due accounts.

Return Check Charge: Customer will be subject to a $35.00 return check charge.

Quotes: We will be pleased to quote material on large quantities or special projects. Quotes are good for 30 days and do not guarantee availability until order is placed.

Grade Standards: Our grading is done in accordance with the American Association of Nurserymen.

Order Policy

Trees: Orders will be dug and shipped as soon as weather permits. Minimum order $1500; 5 of same variety and size on all B&B stock. Order early for best selection.

Containers: Minimum order $1500; 10 of same variety #1 containers, 5 of same variety #2, #5 and #7 containers.

Customer Pick Up: Arrangements can be made to pick up orders at our farm locations. Hours of loading are 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday – Friday. Saturday pickup is available during certain times of the year from 8:00 to 11:00 am. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for orders not claimed within three days of scheduled pick up.

Claims: Please check the condition and count of nursery stock upon arrival. No claim for shortages or damaged material will be honored unless noted on bill of lading of shipper. At no time will we be liable for more than the purchase price of stock received.

Availability: Loma Vista Nursery, Inc. accepts all orders subject to crop conditions. It is understood that all orders are subject to stock on hand and current price at time of delivery. We reserve the right to limit quantities of specific items.
